Doesn't work well

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review, we're really sorry to hear your hair felt dry afterwards, that’s definitely not the result we want for you.

Can we ask how long you left the masque in for?
If it’s left on for longer than 2 minutes, we actually recommend (as per the instructions) rinsing and then following with conditioner afterwards to help close the cuticle and lock in the moisture. Without that step, hair can sometimes feel a bit rough or dry on the surface, even though it’s been treated as the cuticle will still be open.

If you’d like to share a little more about how you used it (how long it was on, if you conditioned after, hair type, etc.), we’d love to help you get a better result, your experience really matters to us.

A great deep intense conditioner

I’ve been a long time user of Bhave products and absolutely love them all, from shampoo, conditioner to their hair treatments. All fabulous! Trust me, you’ll never go back to other hair products. This one in particular, helps condition and tame my hair in between hair straightening treatments ❤️
