daniel-lee

We are lucky to supply our products to some of the most amazing hairdressers and salons in Australia and we love being able to share their stories with you. Today we are spotlighting the creative genius of Daniel Lee Hairdressing in Parramatta, NSW.

With an atmosphere of pure relaxation and the passion of English hairdresser Phillip Michael's behind it, Daniel Lee Hairdressing offers an experience unlike any other that you may have had. Phillip’s genuine passion for top-shelf customer service not only includes beautiful hair but starts from the moment you enter the salon until the moment you leave.

We asked Phillip to give us the inside scoop on his salon, his passion and his inspiration.

share a little of what you love about your salon:

We love to spoil our clients here at Daniel Lee. We work hard to create a relaxing atmosphere that they can feel pampered in. We look after them with tea, coffee, wine and even chocolate chip cookies.

If you’re really in the mood for a spoiling we also have an indulgent service called “Daniel Lee Girls Day Out”. We collect you in a Rolls Royce from your home, drive you to the salon where you will receive a fabulous do, an English High Tea, (including cucumber sandwiches) before you're chauffeured back to your home looking and feeling gorgeous.

your fav bhave products and why?

Our favourite product is the riot control oil. Not only does it smell divine but we love the way it performs. Like all of the bhave products, the riot oil does what it says it’s going to do which is control fly-aways and frizz.

wildest hair request!

One of our clients requested we colour their hair like the rainbow. It was wild but I love creating from nothing.

3 must haves

Coffee, the right tools/products and amazing clients of course!

where do you find your inspiration?

When I was 11 years of age my auntie used to drag me to her salon and I would sit and watch her with her clients. One day I felt I could do my mum’s hair better than my auntie could so she told me to give it a go. From that day on I just wanted to be a hairdresser and to be the best hairdresser I could be. By the age of 14, I had a following and that’s how I started. I often think about that first day.
