Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.

If you place an order or earn points within that time, your balance remains active.
We’ll always send a reminder before points expire.

Add your birthday to your account at least 30 days before your birthday.
You’ll receive a birthday reward during your birthday month, valid for a limited time.

In some cases, rewards may not be combined with promotional discount codes.
Any restrictions will be clearly shown at checkout before you redeem.

If an order is returned:
