Title: Win a $300 bhave Voucher
Prize Details: Top 3 entries will each win a $300 voucher to purchase bhave products and get featured on bhave's social media.

Entry Requirements: By entering this competition, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Where to Enter: Entry is available on the bhave website via the dedicated contest page at https://bhavehair.com.au/pages/win-a-300-voucher.

Who Can Enter: The competition is open to existing bhave customers who have purchased bhave products.
Ineligibility: Employees of bhave, agents, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Submit a video review (1-3 minutes) showcasing their experience with bhave products.
Provide before/after photos highlighting their hair transformation using bhave products.
Upload their entry via the contest page, including details of the specific products used.
Click 'Submit' to finalize their entry and receive a confirmation email.

Start and End Dates: The contest begins on 1st September and ends at 12pm on 23rd September.

Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected based on the quality, creativity, and authenticity of their entries by a panel of judges at bhave's office, located at 167 McKinnon Rd, McKinnon VIC 3204.
Notification: Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw. Their names will be published on bhave’s contest page and social media platforms and send announcements via winners' emails.
Public Announcement: Winners' names will be posted on bhave's website and social media on 30th of September.
Judges' Decision: The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Verification: bhave reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners before awarding prizes.

Description: The prize consists of a $300 voucher for bhave products and a feature on bhave's social media platforms.
Value: The total value of each prize is $300.
Transferability: The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Tax Implications: Winners are responsible for any tax implications related to receiving the prize.

Redemption Deadline: Winners must claim their prize within 1 week after the announcement via email from the date of notification. If unclaimed, the prize will be forfeited.
Unclaimed Prizes: If a prize remains unclaimed after 1 week, bhave reserves the right to select a new winner based on the original judging criteria.

Exclusions: bhave and its agents are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the contest or the use of the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Release Clause: By entering the contest, participants release bhave from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation.

Content Usage Rights: By submitting a video for the contest, participants grant bhave the right to use their video for social media features and other purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, and in all media formats, regardless of whether they win the contest or not.
